15-192 CertainTeed Pivot Shoe

Do you have the nylon part to this ? The ribbon is 3/4" wide.

I needed several of these to replace broken ones. The coil is 3/4 inches wide. The screw hole distance is 1 9/16 inch. The top part is 3 1/8 by 1 and 1/4 by 3/4 inch deep. The total length with quick latch is about 4".

Please help me identify this part by name. I would like to place an order today, Jan 13th, if possible. Also, as a new Glass Doctor Franchise Owner, I would like to know if you have a library with common part names, functions and diagrams that I can access. Thanks in advance!Regards,Nathan Glass ... I need at least 4 of these, and probably could use even more, but the other windows are functionign with semi-broken parts right now. These were windows bought via Sears probably 15+ years ago.The tabs that keep the top sash from coming all the way down are also broken, and I need 2 of those on thi ... (cont.)

I need to replace the coils and shoes for 3 windows. So I would need the right and left. (I've attached a picture of all the parts I need). There is a marking on the coil that says 408 J. Balance, Spring, and tilt latch on top of window

Attached is a photo of my current broken shoe for my window. My coil has a 4085 stamped on it. Could you help me determine which replacement parts I need? I know I need new shoes for both sides along with coils and pivot bars. However, I am not sure which ones to order. Thank you,Joe ... (cont.)

I saw there was q0040 B7A on the frame

These windows say "Prism" on the latches. Not sure if these are able to be replaced. Obviously the window just falls down. Looking to identify replacement parts and get a useful installation guide. Thanks.

The photo shows the number on the bottom sash but I haven't been able to get a good picture of the strip on the upper sash. They appear to be the same tag this one showing bottom but the top tag again appears to be the same. This window won't stay up and I have had to cut dowel rods to keep it clo ... (cont.)
