Pivot shoe is 2 plastic pieces and a metal roll for the pivot bar to fit in. It is like the one in the picture but with 2 halves of the white plastic part and one of the roller.

I need help finding this part from a Sears Brand Window. Sears sold their window division to Transform HomePro. Unfortunately, the Lifetime Warranty was not included in the sale.
