Cam snapped out of bracket attached to window

Good morning im looking to purchase a set of balances for each of these windows I was looking for markings cant identify them. They are made by certainteed. Look forward to hearing from you. -Aaron

Pivot shoe is 2 plastic pieces and a metal roll for the pivot bar to fit in. It is like the one in the picture but with 2 halves of the white plastic part and one of the roller.

I need help finding this part from a Sears Brand Window. Sears sold their window division to Transform HomePro. Unfortunately, the Lifetime Warranty was not included in the sale. Hi Swisco, I need this replacement coil balance. It has a stamp of J10 on it. Also, the pivot shoe broke because glass was replaced and it was much heavier than normal due to it being fire rated glass. I think the window brand is Wisco?

There are no markings on this part. It is broken into three pieces. The rest is still attached to the band (spring)? and has tension on it and is caught by the window stop.
