I have added the parts , and the window is single hung up and own sliding and has 2 springs on both sides . I have the rods , and spring pictures. Thx!

Hello. I'm looking for a replacement coil balance for a Simonton window and want to make sure I get the right thing. Can you point me in the right direction?

Our windows are 20 years old, and when I tried to clean them they break off. I use WD-40 to help but I don't know if I need the whole side with the springs. I sent The message on the window if that might help

Hi, trying to find the parts to fix my parents window. Do u have this part it for a window that tilts and it's broken

Would like confirmation of the balance spring needed based on the photos. I did not remove the existing hardware because I will need to notch the track to remove, which I will do after receiving the new part. Current spring width is 3/4" and weight of sash is 16.0lb. vinyl tilt window. Weighs about 8.5 lb. Missing one side of the coil. This is what remained of the other side. Will need to purchase left and right coil balances. I have included drawn measurements.

I recently ordered and installed pivot lock shoe New Style 96-C1 in my Simonton window (circa 2010). The existing sash pin does not fit into the new shoe. What replacement sash pin do I need? Thanks Mike

Hello, I accidently ordered part # 15-192 Shoes to replace the shoe in a simonton window' The size of the shoe is almost identical if that helps. After vwatching your video it looks like i need to order a different shoe pivot bar and possibly a new coil balance and coil supports as well? Let me kn ... (cont.)

Window is approx. 46"X 46" inches part # on ballast is 3610 can't tell if it short tongue or long tongue? Do you carry this type?

Where can I find a window coil system replacement? The serial/product number is shown on the attached picture. You can see that the plastic portion broke right at the screw. The window is about 10 years old. Thank you, Chris
