I think the window brand is Wisco?

There are no markings on this part. It is broken into three pieces. The rest is still attached to the band (spring)? and has tension on it and is caught by the window stop.

Hello,As you can see in the last picture of my double hung window coil balance, the pivot lock shoe has retracted back to the coil balance and even when turning the metal cam to slide the shoe down the track it retracts right back up. Can you please let me know which coil I should order for A186160 balance? The window sash weighs 19 lbs, and there is a "10" stamp on the broken coil. Thanks!

Dear Sirs,I need to to replace the above shown part parts in 3 of my windows bottom sashes only. It looks like the coil broke. On the coil that attached to cam housing it has the numbers 408S stamped on it. Please advise if you have parts that would work. Thanks youBob

Hello. I'm looking for a replacement coil balance for a Simonton window and want to make sure I get the right thing. Can you point me in the right direction?

Our windows are 20 years old, and when I tried to clean them they break off. I use WD-40 to help but I don't know if I need the whole side with the springs. I sent The message on the window if that might help

Would like confirmation of the balance spring needed based on the photos. I did not remove the existing hardware because I will need to notch the track to remove, which I will do after receiving the new part. Current spring width is 3/4" and weight of sash is 16.0lb.
