Simonton window installed around 1994. The plastic part of some of them have broken.

Do you have a replacement part for the plastic shoe that hold the metal piece? I could only find one label and it's not easy to read. They were custom made for us

These are pictures of the coil housing pivot parts from Prism windows possible 10-15 years old. Wondering if this is something that is still available to repair or replace. Thank you. Gregg

This is from a Jen weld window. Double hung tilt in. The spring is 1/2" like the 152 series but the plastics match the 171 series. The spring has an F stamped near the screw.

We have lived in this house for 15 years and the windows were here when we moved in. The CertainTeed window will open, but does not stay open. Falls closed. Hello, We bought Simonton 5500 Reflections double hung windows in 2010. We need an identical shoe on the other side since the plastic broke. A balance would be good to buy as well. I measured the width as 13/16th. Please let me know the part numbers. Thanks!

Hi, I have Simonton windows and the pivot lock shoe broke on both sides. Do you sell replacement parts for this? The metal bands are in tact, and the number printed on the band is 4085 or 408S. Thanks!

My Simnonton windows have the triple coil balancing but the coil assembly is in 2 parts (each with a phillips screw holding in the channel) and the channel cut out, for removal, is already present in the window. I need two plastic jamb spreaders. I already purchased a few #15-192 parts. Also it looks like I can attach the old spring on to the new 15-192 with a screw? Or do I need to buy the entire assembly? Thanks

I found it on top of the metal pivot shoe of my tilt in window. Is this a part of the pivot shoe? I noticed that on side of my upper sash is off that pivot shoe so is this a part of a broken pivot shoe? What might be the part number for this?

I ordered 15-192 and it is too small to house the window pin. I have attached what I pulled from my window.

Have 5 windows that have the same problem they don't stay open. Need to replace the broken Springs to ensure windows open and close properly.
