window balance and pins numbers on part : 408 and h65 32/3m

No identifiers on hardware itself. I need a replacement Nylon pieces

I found it on top of the metal pivot shoe of my tilt in window. Is this a part of the pivot shoe? I noticed that on side of my upper sash is off that pivot shoe so is this a part of a broken pivot shoe? What might be the part number for this?

I ordered 15-192 and it is too small to house the window pin. I have attached what I pulled from my window.

Have 5 windows that have the same problem they don't stay open. Need to replace the broken Springs to ensure windows open and close properly.

No additional markings in part. Window is 27 inches tall

Need help finding parts for my prism window

I am replacing the parts for our bedroom windows. Other windows are also failing but I need these parts replaced first. The pivot on both windows are broken and so are the balancers. this makes the window stay up - both pieces broke. Pic1 was taken from another window that works Pic2 is half the piece (plastic) that surrounds the metal where the windows pins lays in.

One of the coils says LA 407. One of the plastic pieces says H65 34/6M I believe I only need the coils, the plastic parts are in reasonable shape, although replacement couldn't hurt. If you can figure these out, I'd be so happy to purchase them!
