I need help knowing what part to order for a Simonton window balance: Single

Good afternoon. I am hoping you can find this part for us as we are a 165 room hotel with very old windows. The picture of the assembly (3215) is compared next to the two available parts from Grainger (451J26 and 55DL24).

I need a window balance (or brake) for a 2007 Simonton vinyl replacement window in my bathroom. Please see attached photos.................

I have three broken balances to replace. One is a single coil balance for a regular house window, and two are double coil balances for a larger window. I'm trying to find the correct parts for a up - down sliding window. The parts and the product label on the side of the window is attavhed.the name PRISM is inscribed on the laches of the window.

Coil balance and brake shoe replacement need correct size. UPC photo is from a spare window not the current window in need of repair.

Simonton window. Top sash is 21 inches, bottom sash is 22 inches. Pictures of stickers on the sash are attached for reference. The broken parts are both top window coil balances (not sure if that's the actual part name!) and bottom right (when looking from inside the house) coil balance. The piece o ... (cont.)

I can't find much in the way of markings but the double hung windows that I'm having issues with are both 36"wide x 48" tall and the windows weigh in at 16#. The pivot shoes split at the bottom and fall out causing the window to drop unsupported by the coils. I'm assuming that I should replace the ... (cont.)

No markings. Shoe measures 1 1/4 x 1 9/16. Coil is about 1 1/8 Window is about 15 years old. Contractor installed. I think it's not high quality. Probably medium to low quality. Thanks

Replacing window portion of 25 year old Simonton windows. While replacing realized that plastic cam inside coil balance is cracked and non-functioning. Coil has 407 imprinted on it but no other markings noted.
