The plastic casing on the cam shoe broke while we were attempting to wash window. Looking for replacement part.

I am looking for the replacement parts for my older certainteed windows. There is no numbers on the old parts.

I have pivot 15-192 listed to notify me when parts are available. My question is do I need a tool to remove the pivot and spring assembly? Do you have the tool available to remove and install the pivot/spring assembly? Thank you.

Hello, I have Certainteed double-hung windows, installed prior to 2004 (unsure when). The bottom sash of one window won't stay up, and when I removed the window I found that the coil spring has snapped on both sides. I am in need of a replacement pivot shoe for the bottom sash of a double hung window. I believe that it is a Simonton Window and have included a picture of the sticker which can be found on the sash. The pivot shoe is for the right side of the window (when facing same) as is attached by a screw t ... (cont.)

Have a broken shoe. Sticker on window Showing information but can't find replacement part

Need balances for both sides of upper and lower windows. Spring is marked 406. Also need the brackets that attached to the lower window that fit into the cams. There is still a part on the springs but the cams and the other plastic piece that fits around the cams have all fallen down the window tra ... (cont.)

5500 series with low ESE no grid windows. 15 years ago installed by local dealer. The sliders on both top and bottom windows are broken. We cannot open either window because they fall out. Need window balances for certainteed single hung vinyl windows. Made in 4/2005 number on balances is 48637MXX sash is 30" tall by 32" wide and weighs 18.2 lbs. see pictures.

Hello, I am trying to locate some replacement parts for Simonton Vinyl double hung windows. A lot of the cam bars have broken so I may as well replace the other parts since I have to take the windows out right??

Images are from a good window of similar size. The Certainteed pivot shoe broke off the spring in the track. I have sash in place by only the lock. I need assistance identify the correct part(s) to order. These windows were installed in Spring 2000.

Hello, We are looking for a coil spring and metal connecting rod for a kitchen window . We think the window is a Simonton, but we are not sure. The window was installed by Sears in 2003. I've lubricated the tack and the part of the window that pivots, but the window still exhibits a great deal of tension when opening and closing the window. Is the part I need the one in the picture I submitted? And if so, can you direct me to the replacement part I'll need?
