I have a Simonton double-hung window that is about 12 years old in my home. I need one RH dual-coil balance with the sash carrier, but I don't know what weight. I also need two pivot bars. Do I need to weigh my window to get the correct balance?

Coil and coil holder. Or complete assy.

I have a couple of balance assemblies going bad and would like to purchase repair parts before I remove the balance assemblies. I have the double hung windows. I have included the photos of the window data. Thank you for your help.Russ

There are two coiled springs and two holders found approximately one half way up the left and right sides of the window sashes. Each coiled spring appear to be broken. We need to replace both right and left pivot shoe assembly. It's broken and the window doesn't stay open, it slams down. The plastic pieces that fit in at the bottom of the window are broken in pieces.

I have two window sashes that won't stay up. They both use the coil system, and am looking for replacement parts. Is it possible to change the coil system to a spring system when I replace the parts? OR does it have to be replaced like for like?

I have Simonton (Reflection) windows and need to replace several of these items which have broke over the years.

Looking for the shoe replacement for a Vinyl Simonton replacement window. Coil is stamped 409S. All other parts of the assembly are in good condition but the plastic brake that holds the cam.

I am attaching photo's of my simonton windows parts that have a problem. Can you guide me on the parts I will need for the shoe? Also my tracks have a cutout but it is far from easy to pop out the spring assembly that connect to the shoe. Thank you! Bill

Hello I am unable to find the part I need based on the attached photos. I need the coil balancer as well as the shoe, so both parts in the pictures. The measurements i took are 1.5 in for height and 3/4 in for width. Thank you
