The components that move my double hung simonton windows are broken on both the upper and lower window. I have attached a copy of the closed window and of the parts that are broken. Thus side of window was frozen after cleaning and I broke it trying to unfreeze. Didn't see any part numbers. Please let me know if you need any more info. Thank you!

Looking for a Simonton tilt out pivot lock shoe, mine are broken...a poorly designed nylon part to a good window.Looks like a 15-192; 7/8" wide X 1 1/4" wide is a metal one made? You all are out of stock as is everyone else that sells these...looks like 10 years is the limit on replacement windows ... (cont.)

I guess this is broken but i am not sure. Do i just need to replace the spring or something else. Please let me know what part or parts i need and if i need to remove this from the window to give you more information.

Hi, hoping you can help... This is broken but as best I can measure it is 2.5 inches x 1 9/16 on the coil side. Its from a Simonton 6500 dh 30/50 window 2004.

hello, i purchased a pivot bar from you that i thought was close enough even though the dimensions were slightly off thinking it wouldn't make a difference but it does. i purchased the 26-353. the thickness makes it so that the window doesn't quite close enough to lock. i was also looking at 26-175 ... I would like to ID and purchase a part for these. Each side has a lifting spring that connects to the tilt lock part. It lifts and locks when titled. I also need the latch shown in picture two.
