15-192 CertainTeed Pivot Shoe

The coil spring on the left upper sash snapped on my Certainteed replacement window ala 1994. Everything else is fine. Just the spring broke. Can I just replace the coil? Since it just screws on? Number on it is 407 5K. Thanks!

Hello, I am trying to find replacements for the parts shown. They are from a Simmonton double hung window. The sash lock has a bore of 2 1/16". I need the spring mechanism, pivot bars, and balance shoes. Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated

Hi. Several of the shoes in our windows broke after a spring cleaning effort. I've attached a photo of an intact shoe for reference. I have two Simonton windows that need new window stops. There are no names, numbers or markings on them. The plastic part that the metal part sits in is broken. There are a total of 4.

I ordered wrong parts order number 1382467 I need 7/8 thick. Spring is 1/2" 7/8" thick by 13/8" at widest point. Approximately 33/5" long. For certainteed double hung tilt inNeed 10 springs and 10 pivot shoes.Phil

Looking for this replacement part for a Simonton Prism window. Included picture of bar code from window if it helps. Might be called a pivot shoe? Most of this mechanism works. The piece that holds the metal can broke in half.

No visible markings on this spring from 1994-5 vintage Polaris double hung window.

Got several windows with this broken pivot, can you identify, so I can buy the correct part.

I think I need coil balance 171 and 170 double coil and the pivot shoe 15-192. The number stamped on the coil is 405 (on the top coil) and SA334 on the bottom coil. The other side of the balance wasn't connected and when I opened the window to fix it, it fell to fast and broke the white plastic piece holding it up.

Do you have these parts?

I spoke to one of your people this week about a Certainteed double hung window in a house in Sea Isle. He ask me to follow this procedure to get help. As I see it there are 2 issues.
