I am in need of some replacement balances for our Simonton windows for our condo in Gulf Shores AL

Please advise on what part is a replacement for the attached pictures. I will need numerous replacements once I know if you have them. Approx size 7/8" x 1 1/4" x 1 1/2"

I would like to ID and purchase a part for these. Each side has a lifting spring that connects to the tilt lock part. It lifts and locks when titled. I also need the latch shown in picture two. We have Sears Weather Beater 700 max windows and the part pictured is broken. All I need is the plastic part and instructions on how to repair it. These windows have a lifetime warranty

The coil spring on the left upper sash snapped on my Certainteed replacement window ala 1994. Everything else is fine. Just the spring broke. Can I just replace the coil? Since it just screws on? Number on it is 407 5K. Thanks!

Hello, I am trying to find replacements for the parts shown. They are from a Simmonton double hung window. The sash lock has a bore of 2 1/16". I need the spring mechanism, pivot bars, and balance shoes. Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated

Hi. Several of the shoes in our windows broke after a spring cleaning effort. I've attached a photo of an intact shoe for reference. I have two Simonton windows that need new window stops. There are no names, numbers or markings on them. The plastic part that the metal part sits in is broken. There are a total of 4.

I ordered wrong parts order number 1382467 I need 7/8 thick. Spring is 1/2" 7/8" thick by 13/8" at widest point. Approximately 33/5" long. For certainteed double hung tilt inNeed 10 springs and 10 pivot shoes.Phil

I think I need coil balance 171 and 170 double coil and the pivot shoe 15-192. The number stamped on the coil is 405 (on the top coil) and SA334 on the bottom coil.
