15-192 CertainTeed Pivot Shoe

All we can see is that it is a certainteed window on the locking system. The bottom balance is either crumbled at bottom of window or missing. Windows will not stay up if unlocked. Also need help with how to install parts. Thanks for the help.

I need to find some replacement balances for Simonton Reflections 5500. The shoe is broken. I either need the whole part or the shoe. Fixing is not the problem, finding the part is.

I am trying to replace the spring balancer on my CertainTeed windows. The spring measures 3/4 of an inch. I can't see a part number on the actual spring. Hi - Installed new windows about 11 years ago and some of the window balances are starting to snap. Can you identify what the part number and where/how to order replacements? Do I need to the whole spring or just this plastic piece that broke? Thanks in advance.

Hi. Our PRISM double hung window no longer stays in position or holds its position. The first two attachments show the parts that were sitting in the window track. I believe I need something called a balance spring and a shoe for both sides of my window. Can you confirm the parts that I need. This was for a window installed in my home in 1999

I believe the spring balance broke off of this piece

The plastic end where the shoe sit has broke. I meed both parts but not sure what to order. Theres no part ID on the part.

I need two replacement shoes for Simonton double-hung windows that are roughly 25 years old. The channel width is 1 3/4", depth 13/16", and channel slot width 1/2". The old shoe is approximately 1 1/2" high.

My windows had been installed in 2005, photo of the label attached. Do you have a fitting part? See pictures. With Sears I had no luck. Thank you for your help Frank

HelloI need parts for my Simonton final windows.For double hung window I need 2 sets (left and right) coil box and pivot shoe.Both upper and lower window pivot shoe on both sides has broken. The coil box and coil are ok but I think I have to replace both.Do you have these parts?N Kobie ... (cont.)

Pivot shoe looks like it's rather big - like 1 inch in diameter or so. Will bar code help identify the size ?

These are from Simonton windows. Everything seems to be fine except the shoes have worn down and separated. I see a few possible replacements that may work, but would like your recommendation.
