15-192 CertainTeed Pivot Shoe

The shoe locks are all breaking in my windows. Would like to replace only the shoe locks but don't know how to find them. All I know is that the window is a Simonton Window.

Hi, One of my windows balances broke on both sides, top and bottom. I need to replace. The brand is Simonton Prism. I've attached the images for the balance, the balance foot, the window foot, and the serial number. Thanks!

No visible markings on this spring from 1994-5 vintage Polaris double hung window.

Got several windows with this broken pivot, can you identify, so I can buy the correct part.

I think I need coil balance 171 and 170 double coil and the pivot shoe 15-192. The number stamped on the coil is 405 (on the top coil) and SA334 on the bottom coil. The other side of the balance wasn't connected and when I opened the window to fix it, it fell to fast and broke the white plastic piece holding it up.

Do you have these parts?

I spoke to one of your people this week about a Certainteed double hung window in a house in Sea Isle. He ask me to follow this procedure to get help. As I see it there are 2 issues. Windows don't fully close.

All we can see is that it is a certainteed window on the locking system. The bottom balance is either crumbled at bottom of window or missing. Windows will not stay up if unlocked. Also need help with how to install parts. Thanks for the help.

I need to find some replacement balances for Simonton Reflections 5500. The shoe is broken. I either need the whole part or the shoe. Fixing is not the problem, finding the part is.

I am trying to replace the spring balancer on my CertainTeed windows. The spring measures 3/4 of an inch. I can't see a part number on the actual spring. Hi. Our PRISM double hung window no longer stays in position or holds its position. The first two attachments show the parts that were sitting in the window track.
