HelloI need parts for my Simonton final windows.For double hung window I need 2 sets (left and right) coil box and pivot shoe.Both upper and lower window pivot shoe on both sides has broken. The coil box and coil are ok but I think I have to replace both.Do you have these parts?N Kobie ... (cont.)

Pivot shoe looks like it's rather big - like 1 inch in diameter or so. Will bar code help identify the size ?

Please see photos. I need pivot shoe holder - it's rather big (almost 1 in in diameter) and a thing that holds spiral in place in the middle of the window

These are from Simonton windows. Everything seems to be fine except the shoes have worn down and separated. I see a few possible replacements that may work, but would like your recommendation.

We are trying to identify the proper springs for replacement in Certainteed tilt windows circa 2000. The sash weight is approximately 20 lbs and the original springs have the number 10 stamped on them. Please get back to us with any information you have. Thank you,Jim

The lower "clip" is broken and 1 guide pin is broken on a sears window. Can you see if you can help me out? Thanks, patrick The guid clip pictured is not broken but bent. And the window is impact resistant.

Hello, I have Simonton windows, installed about 2010 and on one of the windows I noticed that the Pivot Lock Shoe on the right (looking at the window) side, lower sash appeared to break in two in the middle below the metal locking nut. The parts in the right side of the window need replaced. The cast metal "L" with pin has broken at corner.
