Can I buy the whole ass'y for the balance ? If not what about the pivot lock shoe? Also do you have a match for the pivot bar ?

Do you have these replacement parts for a double hung window?

I can't seem to find a pivot bar to replace 2 that are broken. The pivot shoes are also broken & I purchased 2 15-192 to replace them. The 15-192 metal cam is slightly narrower but I can use the old metal cams if needed. The opening for the pivot bar is only 1/4" & the space to the screw hole looks ... (cont.)

It is impossible to find info to get this replacement part figured out. Their site has no info, and the windows have so little identifying info that I am hoping I can find it here with your help. I'm trying to find a replacement coil spring for my bathroom window. The broken spring has an F stamped in it, and as best I can tell using a bathroom scale the sash weighs just under 20 lbs. The spring has a taper on one end.

Hi. We can't find SA 3610 on any of your coil springs for our Certainteed windows. The windows are about 15 years old. What spring would be the equivalent? Thx for the help.

I have a double pained, double hung window that suffered a broken coil spring. The spring is 3/4 inches wide, and the window is about 30 x 30. It is a Certainteed window installed about 20 years ago. Thanks in advance, Dave Hope

This spring broke and we have to keep the window locked in order to stop it from falling down. I can not find any marking on it to determine the weight of the spring.

I ordered 2 pivot shoes from Swisco they were correct 15-192 they match the broken ones perfect The coil springs S170-406 incorrect Certain teed balance drum 15-157 incorrect Certain teed lance spring cover 15-156 incorrect 1/2 inch coil double support incorrect Please look at my picture and let ... multiple locks like the one in the photo attached broken in the double-hung windows (bought in 2012 - see other photo). Top sash falls down when bottom sash is raised or unlocked.
