I'm not sure what this part is called but it's from a Certainteed window which was bought by another company. The number in the part is 86170

Is this broken ? My wife was cleaning the windows and something popped and the window wasn't working properly. Thanks ! Jamie

Looking to identify replacement parts for this pivot bar.

Not sure how to describe this. It's in the frame and connects to the bottom of the window. Both sided are broke as shown in the picture. No special markings visible and I'm not sure that I can get it out of the frame. Looking for parts and advice. Thanks for the help,

The attached pix show the left side coil balance which is still intact, and the right side mechanism which is broken and is laying on the window sill. I am looking for these coil strap bouncers for my windows as two of mine are broken and I can no longer open the window on its own, does anybody know this part.

need the coil balance and balance pivot I believe

certianteed Upper sash Tilt.- Balancer- ? It is plastic and the tilt pins at the bottom off sash go in it. slides up and down the track. I took a picture of the other Sid that isn't broke. see picture. Top sash slams down when you unlock window. Bruce

Hello! The plastic shoe on my Simonton window gave up on me. Attached are pics of a good side and the broke side. Please let me know if you have this part. Thank you for all your help!!!

My window has a cylinder in the window track that allows it to tilt. The cylinder is broken. I have ordered before from you however the small metal piece on the window doesn't work with the cylinder.

I am trying to replace the "shoe?" and balance on double hung Simonton Windows. I cannot get into the apartment at this time to remove the broken parts and get barcodes. A best guess would be helpful.Looks like they were purchased 6/23/2011?
