15-192 CertainTeed Pivot Shoe

Please advise me on the parts I need. The window is 15 pounds and the pivot bar is broken as you can see in the pictures. This the part that is on the bottom of the window. The spring is 3/4" wide. There is a stamp on the spring, 1C J

A client called to have me service windows She purchased these replacement windows from Home Depot in 2005 and they cant or will'nt help her, was wondering if you could ID the pivot shoe. I need a few of them to do repair Thanks for your Help

My window has a cylinder in the window track that allows it to tilt. The cylinder is broken. I have ordered before from you however the small metal piece on the window doesn't work with the cylinder.

Looking for a few of these. The windows were replaced by Home Depot 10 years ago.

I am trying to replace the "shoe?" and balance on double hung Simonton Windows. I cannot get into the apartment at this time to remove the broken parts and get barcodes. A best guess would be helpful.Looks like they were purchased 6/23/2011?

Good afternoon Try to replace the 2 window balancers shown in the photo.. Window in question is 24"x 33".. I cant seem to find any numbers on the coils themselves. Any way you can point me in the right direction?? Thanks

I need to order new pivot shoe. I would like to several for spares as well. Attached are photos of the Simonton window. All the windows in our home are the same style just different sizes.

It's for a Certainteed Window The Pringle's shoe does have any visible numbers on it but it is pictured. The Spring corner says H8637MXX, the roller or retainer behind it say H8638MXX. The spring coil has the #500 printed on it. It a good size window bottom sash is 35 7/8 x 32 1/16. Another question ... (cont.)

Metal piece surrounded by plastic that is half broken off in these pictures. This piece came from inside the window track where the bottom part of the window was sitting and helped keep it staying up. What is this piece so we can replace it?

I had received two window balances from you be for I was able to make them work. the only things is that I had to sand the sides down and replace the metal sleeve with the old ones. I need to replace more I was hoping you could find me a better fit. Thanks James

Hi there. I have the same system and I purchased the 15-192 : CertainTeed Pivot Shoe to replace. Unfortunately the female cylinder cutout inside is not large enough to fit the male window piece. Wondering if there is another piece that would be better or if there is a larger cylinder cutout. ... (cont.)

I asked this question on another page but can't find it now to give you more info. I found printed on the spring 408L. There is a number 7 molded into one of the shoes so I'm not sure if it is a 7 lb or an 8 lb? I assume the 140?

PRISM windows? It says prism on the locks. The windows were here when I moved in so I don't know how old. I would say 15 yrs. I think they are suppose to be in one piece not 2. Window came slamming down out of nowhere. Thank you

Window is a white double hung Simonton that is about 20 years old. Plastic that holds the spring cracked. Window got stuck. Number on spring is 408. Also the pins that screw into the window are broken. Would like to replace all the parts in the assembly. Want to replace both the right and lef ... (cont.)
