Local window repair man could not located needed parts. This replacement window by certainteed was purchased in 2004. Can you help?

Hi. I think I might have Simonton window but I can't be sure. Most of my windows have broken shoes. I purchased the 15-192 pivot shoe but the pivot bars I have don't fit. They're too big. I tried my old cams in the shoe (right in foto) but I can't get the bars down past the actual plastic piece ... (cont.)

This is a Generation window product?company out of business and the company who installed windows is out of business. I need to replace the Constant Force Balance System, per phone help. I was told you could get the part for me. I hope so, I have spent way too much time trying to get this window re ... (cont.)

The coil is 3/4 inches wide and the lower pane is approximately 20 lbs

These are frome a Simonton double hung. Need a left and right balance for this window. Pleaes advise. Thanks. Geoff

I bought the 15-192 pivot shoes with tabs. My old pivot shoes do not have tabs and as a result the new ones don't fit in the channel. Is there a part that doesn't have tabs or do I have to cut/shave the tabs off the new pivot shoes?

Hello - I believe this is called a window balance. Window is Simonton. Serial/model number also attached. The plastic parts of the balance snapped on 3 windows. I am looking for 6 pieces (2 per window) in total.

Will this pivot bar work with the certain teed pivot shoe? I ordered two but realized this is the bar I have. If not, can you please reccomend the right pivot shoe or the bar can I replace them with so I can use the certain teed pivot shoe I ordered. Thank you

I need to replace both sides and would like to order the pivot shoe, 406 170 and 171 coils, covers, drums? Is that the complete system for each side? I still have the screws but was hoping I wouldn't have to buy everything separately? But if I do, what do I need?Thanks,Al

We are looking for the part for our Swisco window where the pivot lock has been broken.

Tilt window came with the house. Not sure it is yours. I have a lower sash window pivot that is broken at the screw insertion and so turns in the carrier which then does not slide. Only mark is "China" empossed on top. Ruler is marked in tenths of inch.

Looks like the stamp is 10J, which is not listed for this design, please advise. Thank you

Hi,I have a double hung vinyl window - over 20 years old.This piece broke off the window sash. It's the piece that goes into the sash track.The top sash can be tilted inward to be cleaned.At the moment, I cannot open or close it without this piece. Thank you,Kelly

I need the window balance shoes in the picture. I do not believe they are suppose to be separate pieces. I believe they may have split at the bottom of the plastic.
