Thanks to your catalog I see what the name of the part is. As you might be able to tell, the upper section of the shoe is seriously bent--probably because the channel detached and the shoe rotated in the jamb. Our house was new in 2001. We have a number of inoperable single hung Patriot windows. I do not know the Model of the windows. The major problem is the Block and Tackle Rod Balances are broken. I am looking for a 1-1/4" T LOCK BALANCE SHOE. It is almost exactly like your 1" model (Produce Code 15-194). It looks identical except for the width, mine is 1-1/4 inch.
