I have a Patriot window that your Series 795 channel balance looks like a direct replacement for. Thanks to your catalog I see what the name of the part is. As you might be able to tell, the upper section of the shoe is seriously bent--probably because the channel detached and the shoe rotated in the jamb. Our house was new in 2001. We have a number of inoperable single hung Patriot windows. I do not know the Model of the windows. The major problem is the Block and Tackle Rod Balances are broken.
