Is there a replacement part available?

Im ordering the Anderson Reachout Deadlock Assembly # 82-242 which lock/lever assembly should I order for mounting on the inside of the door? Want to replace the entire door lock unit.

I believe this is an Anderson Reachout # 82-242. I will need you to confirm that as well as include the Handel, Lock, and sex bolts coming through the frame used for attaching the locking mechanism in place. It is these sex bolts that broke and will need to be replaced. Let me know if you can help ... (cont.)

What other internal part should I replace besides the Tribeca failed thumb latch which has become very loose? What is meant by an internal mortise you identify as a likely cause ?

This is the part # 2565507. It's the locking mechanism it's a Anderson sliding patio door.

The thumb latch broke on this door. What parts do I need? Does the entire assembly (both doors) need to be replaced or just the latch?

I think I need the 82-037, but I don't see in the video how the doors will join together to lock.

This is from an Anderson Door - patio slider. Having issues with latch catching on the door jamb side and difficulty with locking turn latch.

I ordered a thumb latch and patch receiver. However it is wrong. It is too wide to fit into doorwall thumblatch fits but. Whys it bigger on other side it is a 4 panel the year is 2000

I need to replace the silver piece that is recessed in the door frame. A tiny washer came off and has it messed up. The brass piece works fine, though.

1. What mortise lock do I have? 2. Can my brass latch be replaced with 82-043, White? 3. Can my brass (82-319?) lock be replaced with 82-317, white?

Can you recommend the thumb lock and mortise dead lock to replace these.

I have a 4 panel door that latches from the inside only. The inner mechanism can tun to the lock position but will not turn to the unlock position by turning the handle. Sliding door is from mid 1980's. Removed the receiver with pin in 90's to accommodate a doggie door. Dog is gone. Misplaced lock receiver. Can you please direct me to purchase a new receiver... Numbers on lock are 7700-14 and 2573558. I've always and only by Anderson. Thanx Jeff

Looking for a replacement mortise latch for Andersen Sliding Glass Door vintage 1998 +/-

Does your 82-316 product come with the mechanism that slips into the door? (the part that contains the latch that physicaly locks the door) The keyed lock and the Thumb latch work just fine. It's the interior part that I really need.
