This is for a house built in 2002,I do not know who the window manufacturer was. Measures 7/16" x 1/2" x 1/16".

IMG_5702 is a take-out clip IMG_5701 (broken in 2 pieces) fits into the top corners of the sash (vent)

I'm ordering balances this week and I have a few windows that are missing these, I think they help the window slide a little smoother , since I got them apart I might as well replace them

Do you have small white plastic sash clips for my 1/2" channel sash? Could not find a similar part. Photos show front, back with 2 'pegs' and 2 'claws', and installed on a sash. They are 1/2" high. Thank you! Dottie G

House has Kinco windows. Replacing parts for non tilt channel balances. Have determined parts expect for piece shown in pictures that attaches to edge and helps guide window. These small plastic clips/guides are on the both sides of window which we can slide up

Need to replace 2 Channel balance 30" attached pic's Kinco window also need the Small square plastic that goes from window to frame to slide on. so just need links to what to order and i will make it happen :-) Thanks! -Dion

These plastic clips clip into slots on the aluminum frame (4 per window), and keep the metal sash from riding directly on the window frame. They are made of a black ABS hard plastic. They are no stamps or labels on the windows to indicate who the manufacturer is... I thought of maybe buying a strip ... (cont.)

The balance has writing that is not too clear in the picture, but says: 29 9 HW CMC 11. There are no numbers I can see on the end pieces ( I need 2 of them for the top left and right of the window. For the latch, I did not take a picture of the broken one, but a picture off the adjacent window. I ... (cont.)

Hi, can you help me identify which parts to purchase? Please pardon my lack of window part lingo. I need 6 channel balances, each 27" long. See images. I need 10 of the caps that hold the channel balance in place. The ones that are attached to the top, side of the window. See images. I need a b ... (cont.)

We need to replace several 30" Series 385 channel balances on Kinco Windows. There is no stamp on the balance. The windows are double pane and heavy to lift when you have to prop them open with a board. Once we figure out which channel balance weight we need, we will also be ordering sash guides 18 ... Hi I have Milgard windows which slide upwards and does not tilt. I recently ordered replacement sash supports from your site and they work great.
