Hello, I am looking to replace the crank mechanism on my Andersen window. The part # on the front is "C-9400-1B" and on the rear is "F-9400-8A". Do you sell a compatible replacement for this? Thank you Joseph

This part # of C-9400-1 and the part 39-264 look to be different in the screw hole locations,i can look at the old part it has the mounting holes on the top of the operator,and the new has them on the bottom,those pictures are posted in this discussion my other people.I don't know if that makes any ... I've seen a lot of different information on Anderson Window Cranks on your website. My crank on the top reads C-9400A-1 and the bottom reads F-9400-8A. The windows were placed around 15 years ago. Do you have a replacement part?

Part # stamped on front: C-9400A-1 7 stamped on back: F-9400 *A B This part came from windows that were installed in October 2001. I see similar parts on your site but not exactly the same.
