I ordered 26 lb series 140 quick tilt , triple spring balance system and I think it is too deep for my windows. I am attaching photos of my spring system against a measurement ruler. The Simonton Profinish in window in our Tallahassee FL home mainly face east and west, so they get a lot of sun. But, all the other windows have similar issues. I have a tilt single-hung window with V-grooved IG units. The Sash weighs 29 1/2 pounds. hi The dual coil springs have one #4.5 35" and one #5.5 35" coil springs (232208 is printed on #4.5 coil). The #5.5 35" coil spring was broken into halves. the sash weights about 17.6 lbs. which part should I order to replace the broken #5.5 coil spring?

The one thing I DON'T have is a photo of the darned Simonton order number on the top of the window.
