In the picture, Win1 is good one, Win2 is broken one. I would appreciate it if you can let me know the part name, as well as if you could have such part.

Hello - I am struggling to locate pivot bar replacements. Please see attached for photo sample & measurements. Swisco parts 26-378 or 26-458 look promising but I'm not sure if they'll be a perfect fit due to the height of my pivot bar. The pivot bar is flat on the sides with holes but the other edge ... This is the off bottom of the window that slides into the cam in the track. This piece broke off and the remainder is in the window. It looks similar to a 3" one you have posted but the "T" portion is not slanted like the one shown.This is off a Discount Building Supply MASTDH 23 3/4 x 37 1/2 whit ... (cont.)

The part that is broken off has a hole for a screw to go through. It's the part that sticks out of the bottom frame of the window and connects to the spring mechanism.

Window Pivot bar - horizontal.

Springs broke so window will not stay open. Looking for replacement parts to fix the window. Pictures have all the information you will need I believe. Thanks Mike

I believe I have Simonton Windows in a home built 10 years ago. The label in the window says: series 41-18 SH, Other numbers H-R25-1229x2032 I need a left latch and I believe a left pivot lock at the bottom left?

Ordered replacement sashes for some of the windows in our house and the pivot arms are not the same. Checked with Wincore and got nowhere. I need the ones on the left. Can I buy a dozen of these somewhere?
