26-378 3" Pivot Bar

This is the off bottom of the window that slides into the cam in the track. This piece broke off and the remainder is in the window. It looks similar to a 3" one you have posted but the "T" portion is not slanted like the one shown.This is off a Discount Building Supply MASTDH 23 3/4 x 37 1/2 whit ... (cont.)

The part that is broken off has a hole for a screw to go through. It's the part that sticks out of the bottom frame of the window and connects to the spring mechanism.

Window Pivot bar - horizontal.

Springs broke so window will not stay open. Looking for replacement parts to fix the window. Pictures have all the information you will need I believe. Thanks Mike

I believe I have Simonton Windows in a home built 10 years ago. The label in the window says: series 41-18 SH, Other numbers H-R25-1229x2032 I need a left latch and I believe a left pivot lock at the bottom left?

I don't know the manufacturer, but very likely Canadian, as my home is a modular home, built by Royal Homes in Wingham, Ontario. No markings or numbers of any kind on the part.
