26-378 3" Pivot Bar

We purchased BetterBilt windows (series 350) with removal sash in 2006. I have a broken pivot bar and it looks like 26-378 or 26-241 may work. What is your opinion on which if either will work for me?

I need the pivot show and the metal piece that goes into it It's a American Craftsman by Anderson window Thanx

length 3" metal with 4 holes 7/8" from back hole to next hole about 1 1/2" from back hole to first hole about 1/4" from third hole to last hole 5/8" across head, rounded and equal on both sides Is there a universal pivot bar that will work for this?

Which pin and how to install ....bottom of window is sealed. Window flops out at bottom when elevated.will not stay up. I think tilt pin is broken off and not engaging into the side shoe??

Would like to know what this item is called to order replacments. Please let me know if additional information is needed. Norandex, Inc.

In the first and second picture, I need a coil balance shoe that that is 1-1/2" tall, 1-1/4" wide, 1/2" thick. I couldn't find any stamped numbers. In the Third picture, I need the 3" T Bar Pivot with the exact hole placements. From the bottom to the center of the hole closest to the T-end is 1-5 ... (cont.)

tell me what i need to use, i think the pivot bar i have is your 26-378 my shoe measures 2-1/8 long, 1/2" thick, 2 1/4 wide

I ordered the 26-378 pivot bar and 15-199 pivot shoe for my Simonton double hung tilt window from your web site - nice site! The spring on one side of the window is not connected to the pivot shoe. I can feel the spring protruding out of the housing but I cannot get it out of the housing. It seems ... (cont.)

I HAVE FOUND THE COIL BALANCE AND HOLDER(SERIES 160), BUT CAN'T MATCH UP THE PIVOT LOCK SHOE ANS SASH PIVOT BAR. I'VE ATTACHED A PICTURE, LET ME KNOW IF THEY ARE AVAILABLE OR AN OPTION TO REPAIR WINDOWS
