We have several windows that will not stay open and will fall HARD if opened. We can't get any answers as how to repair

Can you please identify this pivot bar and window manufacturer? I have tried your model 26-378, but will require some work to make it do. This balance and pivot pin are from what I believe is a Capital double hung window. The upper sash weighs approximately 17.2 pounds the lower sash 18 pounds. the balance spring has a 7 # 35 on it? these parts came off of an MI window model # 350. I need both the right and left spring and shoes along with new sash pins

How can I find some simonton balance assemblies for my windows.... some of the coils springs are broken and the metal parts on the shoe assemblies are broken.Part# is 801030 on the balance plastic casing. I have attached 2 photos. Can you help?? Carl J

My question is, when a portion of the pivot bar is broken in the window track how do I extract it? it wont slide out! or do I just push in what is there with the new Bar?
