Im trying to find the spring balance assembly parts for a Simonton Window. Also had a questino on removing the plastic part at the top as itis onger than the cutout in the window frame.

The windows were installed in new construction 2015. Coil springs are completely destroyed on left and right of 1 - 3'x5' window - double pain single hung tilt vinyl window. I have included in pictures all the information I could on the window. Thanks.

The Simonton Profinish in window in our Tallahassee FL home mainly face east and west, so they get a lot of sun. But, all the other windows have similar issues. I'm not sure what used to be here, but this is all that I have to work with. I need to figure out how to get this window fully operational. A balancer of some sort for each side, probably shoes for the tilt pegs, and a peg thing since one seems to be bent quite a bit. Maybe a pair of the pegs, since ... (cont.)

I need w order the smaller item

I can't get my window to raise or lower! I put the new shoes, coil springs, and supports in place that you sent me. I believe the pivot bar is the culprit in this! The original T pivot bars were a bit longer and the T end seemed to be a little large then the one shown above. I can move the shoe with ... (cont.)

Do you have a match for this pivot bar? The length is 2 1/2 inch or 3". I need to verify that for you.
