HELLO, I AM IN NEED OF THE ABOVE PICTURED PART THAT BROKE OFF 2 OF MY SINGLE HUNG SIMONTON WINDOWS. I DON'T BELIEVE I AM IN WARRANTY, AND THE COMPANY THAT I PURCHASED FROM AND INSTALLED THEM IS NO LONGER IN BUSINESS, SO I AM TRYING TO FIND THE PARTS THAT BROKE OFF, WHICH I BELIEVE ARE 2.5 OR 3 INCH ... The darn thing is about three Inches long and no numbers, comes from a double hing window that is roughly 33' x 70' and uses a sring coil thing (that also needs replacing, the No. Is PAT#5.704.165) if I could have help identifying it that would be wonderful

My bottom sash of my window does not stay up. As soon as you pull the window up, it immediately falls down. They are Simonton double hung windows.
