My bottom sash of my window does not stay up. As soon as you pull the window up, it immediately falls down. They are Simonton double hung windows. I cannot find this exact pivot on the web page with these measurement and the top hat flange on both sides.

The part on the bottom of the window that goes into the side that helps it go up and down and stay in place

I need these parts and if you can identify the window model from the sticker then I need the fuzzy seals and the rubber seal at the bottom of the window. I know that there a balance and a pivot, but I am having difficulty finding the details of it or where to buy one

The one picture above has a number 2 stamped above the screw hole. The plastic measures 1 1/4 by 9/16 thick. The window sash it goes to is 28 1/4 x 24. The other ones have a 5 and a 8 stamped in the plastic but they all are the same type Are there Left and rights?
