36-081 Torque Bar Arm

I have awning window with 3 panes. At the bottom there is a torque bar which has a connecting plate on both ends which attaches to window frame. One of the connecting plate (on the side were the window operator) is broken due to corrosion and hence the operator won't open/close the windows. The ... (cont.)

I believe this is an Anderson awning window. Can you determine what this part is and do you have it in stock?

I am trying to locate new parts for my windows in the USVI. I would like to purchase new roller bars and the bracket that connects to the ends. Do you have anything like that? Do you know what they are called? Any help would be greatly appreciated!Ben

Hello, the part I need the piece that holds the control arm to be cranked out. It has no threads and is held in with a clip. Please let me know if you need any other measurements or descriptions. Thank you

Pix 1+2 show broken off sissor hinge openers on North unit installed late 1970's 3rd pix shows intact unit which has scissor hinges as photoed on both sides of over n under glazings

Not sure what this is called, it controls the movement equally on both sides of the window from the crank. Do you have This replacement ?

Like me, the aging joints on my Pan Am window require repair or replacement. I don't know the names, but I've attached photos with measurements. The torque arm measurements are: 52 1/2" long , and the arms on each end are approximately 3 1/4" & 4 1/4" from the centerline of the torque shaft to the center of each of the 2 pins on the arm.
