20-016 Tilt Pin

Not sure if you call this a tilt pin or pivot point. There are two, one on either side of each widow sash. When the window is tilted out for cleaning or removal, these pins hold the window onto the spring. The little pin part has broken off on a couple of windows.

Double hung windows. Installed in 1985 need the part that fits into the side of the window to raise the window and keep them from dropping down. My name is Martha. I am trying to find this part.woukd appreciate your help Thank You

These are plastic parts located on either side of window inside the window track. They hold the window to the spring. Without these parts, the window spring does not pull the window up. frank

I've got a number of these 1970 vintage windows in which the pivot pins are breaking off. It looks to me like the critical dimensions here are the length and width of the pin. Maybe your 20-016 would work? Thank you.

Window is tilt out with plastic/vinyl compressible track. The track houses an exposed elongated spring connected to the lower sash by one small screw on an L-shaped pin assembly. No labels/etching on window located.

Hi - these windows are original from a house built in 1992. The plastic guides that attach to the spring are broken. I have a few windows like this around the house. If you have the guides that work with these springs I'm ok with that - or if replacing the spring and guides as a set makes sense t ... (cont.)

Two double hang windows need replacement parts pictured. The springs themselves are fine; the hooks on the latches are missing or broken. Sorry that I can't find a manufacturer name anywhere. I am hoping you may have this or something similar.

I just received the order for clutch pins, but unfortunately they are not the right ones. my windows are 1985 era mw. the raised channel is to high on these, do you have any for mw? Thanks, Doug
