20-016 Tilt Pin

I have wooden double hung windows that have a pin at the base of each side of the sash that allows the window to pivot out at the top for cleaning and removal. These pins lock into the springs in the window jam. They measure 1 3/8 inches by 5/8 inches. I cannot determine what the brand of the window ... (cont.)

Don?t know window make. Part shown with tape is broken and looking for replacement. Part shown holds window via pin and slides with the aid of attached spring which attached to the top of slide which is broken off Bottom of piece hold window via pin. Top (broken off) attaches to spring which when ... (cont.)

I am not sure what these are called, but the four metal prongs stick into the two sides of the window with the single metal prong sticking out hours into the spring to allow the window to raise and lower...sorry I don?t know the name of this , though hoping you have in stock?? Can't find this in any catalog. This is from a tilt bottom sash wood with vinyl cladding. Don't know window name brand. It's a pivot bar that screws to the side of the sash.

MW Windows will not stay up need stick to hold them up. Windows were installed when house was built in the 1995. Wondering if you have parts for these windows they are 53" long from top of spring to bottom of window. Thanks for any help
