I'm looking for tracks. 60 1/2" long. They are tilt-ins. Single pin, compression tracks.

I bought a house that has some window sashes that don't stay up. Here is the photo showing spring and nylon part connected to it. Should the nylon part be connected to the sash? If so, how? I can't find anything online with this nylon part.Thanks,Kirk

Double hung window lift plate connects bottom of window to lift coil spring. Broken for both sashes on six windows and looking for replacement parts. Cannot find any info on the windows. The spring that attaches is 20" long.

Received part from customer. He says they are from Therma Tru Windows. The pin that goes into it is also broken. Any idea if they can be bought separately? I have no markings or numbers.

I'm looking for the lower T-slot bubble seal and possibly for lift pins for some windows which I believe are Jeld-Wen dating back to 2003. The lift pin itself is 1/2" long by 0.050" diameter. Hi,My house was built in 2003 by John Wieland Homes. I'm told that that windows had been made by John Wieland at the time, but they no longer do. I'm noticing that the springs are wearing as well as the plastic "shoes" that connect to the spring. The sash then has pins on the bottom of both sides ... (cont.)

I have a customer with good springs, but broken spring clips on each of the guide inserts. The one in the picture has a good spring clip, but a broken post that inserts into the guide insert located on each of the bottom corners. I do not have the name of my Windows, but wish to change out some of the rusting Tilt Pivot Pin assemblies, they are attached with two screws.
