No identifier on the part. The windows were installed in the mid-1980s. The spring is 19" long not counting the loops on the ends.The soring diameter is 3/8 inch.Borden

Looking for a sash kit for an old MWR double hung window sash

Hi i have a MW double hung window that is about 15 yrs old. the bottom left corner had a lot of rotted would that i am trying to repair. Do you have the compression shoe#308 and the matching clutch pin?

Manufactured in 1991.

The part is screwed into the wood frame and then slides in to a spring dmguide system to keep the window open. What is this and is there a part number for it?

Hi, looking for replacement 'cleats' if that's the right word for them...this part anchors one end of a spring and, no surprise, the plastic eventually snapped under the tension. The measurements of the cleat are 2 + 7/16 (L) x 9/16 (H, at tallest) x ½ (W). Pulled from the channel of a BiltBest A ... (cont.)

Picture of a good shoe and post. I have 4 broken shoes. There does not appear to be a lock in the system.

Need these two part to replace broken ones on double hung windows think they were Caradco windows about 20 years old.

Some springs, some peg holders, perhaps the entire white panel. Have 22 windows, several need help.Dave

Need a few pegs, but have 22 windows, some of the wood is broken out that holds the pegs - not sure if there is a wood part that can be replaces that holds the peg. There is a screw in the corner of each window. If I take that out, can I somehow knock out the old wood piece that has a hole in it tha ... (cont.)

Can you help me find new replacements for this old part? It connects the double hung window to the frame so it pivots and goes up and down.

Need 2 new clutch pivots for bottom tilt sash. Marvin Integrity insert double hung windows purchased and installed July 2008. Numbers etched on window glass as best I can make them out are: CIG-608 NFRC244 LQ0014430007A12. They screw into window sash with 3/4 screw.

What is the diameter of the pin on the 20-016 Tilt Pin. I need to replace one from an old MW double hung wood window. The original pin was 1/8" but could be a little larger. Other dimensions seem ok.
