S385-21 21" Series 385 Channel Balance

The length is 21, its should be Non-Tilt window. 1/2" width. Could you please help me to figure out which number it is? I tried so hard to find where to order them. Thank you!

Having issues with some of the sash balances in my Viking single hung windows. The pulley wheels at the base are cracking and failing. So I plan to replace them all. They were purchased around 2001. I watched your videos and measured my defective balance. The metal portion is 21" long, 9/16" H, and ~ /9/16" W. The end that has the hook connected to it has a plastic dimension 1 1/16" The printed identification says: CALDWELL 20 4 HS. It looks like it would be a SWISCO 385-21, ...but I ... (cont.)

21 inch balancers, metal channel only measured. From a Milgard window circa 1992 I believe. Balancer marking was: 20 4 JK Caldwell.

need part number One of the windows balancer cords broke. stamp on balancer shows 20 4 FQ. Balancer measures 22 inch including plastic part window is a milgard brand thank You tom

This is a 1/2 inch channel balance 21 inches long with a lip on the metal channel for more support.

Part identifed as "20 4 Caldwell KM". Metal portion measures 21" from end to end. Add 1" for total length from plastic end caps.

I am trying to identify my Milgard window balance channel. It is 21 inches long without the plastic ends. The window weights 22.4 pounds. The channel is 1/2 inch wide and the markings on it are as follows. 20 5 FV CMC 7.

Recently ordered a pair of S385-21, option 2010. Turns out to be too weak to hold the window up. There was a code on the old balance which appeared to say "2010" so I thought that was the correct option to order. Attn: Window Expert, We think this is a WindowMaster 610 series Non Tilt Channel Balance purchased at Home Depot purchased around 2000 or 2001.
