S385-21 21" Series 385 Channel Balance

Need 6 with stamp markings 2440 and 6 with stamp markings 2040. 1/2" wide.

Tim C, Thank you for answering. This is a 21 inch Caldwell, not counting the plastic. picture of the markings enclosed. The house was built in 1995. The balancer is sprung. I don't know if it can be re-set so am looking for a new one. thank you for your help. Sharon

Need the side spring activated part. The cord broke causing the mechanics to fail. The numbers on the out side say 20-4 GE5 CMC 75. The window itself has these numbers: 144-456269, PO: 7021, 41.5 X 47.5. Please help!

Hi, I was looking for a replacement balancer channel for milgard single hung window non tiltable. The channel without the nylon ends measures 21". The windows weighs about 12.1lb. I see there a option for 8-12 lb, 12-15 lb.I was kinda unsure which one to choose. Does that make a great difference? ... (cont.)

I need a spring balance replacement for a single hung window. Length of the balance is 21", the width is 1/2", and there is 20 5 DP Caldwell stamp on the metal channel.

Hi, I need assistance in identifying which is the correct channel balance to order. Its length is 21" and has 2020 stamped on it. I think it may be either an S380 or an S385, but can't quite tell the difference. Thanks. Benjamin

I need balance rods for milgard windows which I have put heavy units in the vents. 4 @ 27" where the vent weight is 56 lbs. 4 @ 21" where the vent weight is 33 lbs

My balance is old on the side it's numbers 20 4 DR CALDWELL. On the shoe it has the numbers 15P102 with a 6 underneath.

On my balance I have a 2090 D printed and I know I need a S385. My window is 46"w x 24h double pane glass. You only have 2040 and 2050 model numbers. Which one will fit my window? Pictures are below. Thank you.

Balance is 21 inches (metal to metal). The edges are "hemmed". Width across the back (closed side) is 9/16. I need a channel balance that is 21 inches long without top or bottom plastic pieces attached (22 inches long assembled). It is very similar to Series 380/385 Channel Balances. Please see identification numbers on attached photo.
