S385-21 21" Series 385 Channel Balance

I need a spring balance replacement for a single hung window. Length of the balance is 21", the width is 1/2", and there is 20 5 DP Caldwell stamp on the metal channel.

The window weighs 27 lbsThe image has the window balance stamp 20 9 30# JJ CALDWELL.Let me know if you need anything else.

Hi My channel balance is half inch wide and 21 inch long But the stamp reads 20 3 BP Caldwell so I am unsure of the weight range that correlates with swisco's 20xx series Thank you

Hi, I need assistance in identifying which is the correct channel balance to order. Its length is 21" and has 2020 stamped on it. I think it may be either an S380 or an S385, but can't quite tell the difference. Thanks. Benjamin

I need balance rods for milgard windows which I have put heavy units in the vents. 4 @ 27" where the vent weight is 56 lbs. 4 @ 21" where the vent weight is 33 lbs

My balance is old on the side it's numbers 20 4 DR CALDWELL. On the shoe it has the numbers 15P102 with a 6 underneath.

On my balance I have a 2090 D printed and I know I need a S385. My window is 46"w x 24h double pane glass. You only have 2040 and 2050 model numbers. Which one will fit my window? Pictures are below. Thank you.

Balance is 21 inches (metal to metal). The edges are "hemmed". Width across the back (closed side) is 9/16. I need a channel balance that is 21 inches long without top or bottom plastic pieces attached (22 inches long assembled). It is very similar to Series 380/385 Channel Balances. Please see identification numbers on attached photo.

My Milgard windows balancer broken, its metal length is about 21 niches ( a little bit smaller than 21 inch. may 20.9iinches. My window is single hung, My question is this banker will fit my wondow.

Having issues with some of the sash balances in my Viking single hung windows. The pulley wheels at the base are cracking and failing. So I plan to replace them all. They were purchased around 2001. I watched your videos and measured my defective balance. The metal portion is 21" long, 9/16" H, and ~ /9/16" W. The end that has the hook connected to it has a plastic dimension 1 1/16" The printed identification says: CALDWELL 20 4 HS. It looks like it would be a SWISCO 385-21, ...but I ... (cont.)
