S385-22 22" Series 385 Channel Balance

Hello, In comparing your our model S385-22 balance spring with my 29 year old one, it sure looks like an excellent match. There are no stamps on the existing balance and the window weighs 12lbs. Should I order an 2120 or 2130 replacement? Thanks, Eugene

There are no balances in the windows of my house. I have aluminum Milgard windows from the 1980s. The channel width is 1", the channel depth is 9/16". 2 windows have a visible glass height of 21-1/8" and a visible glass width of 27-3/4". They weigh 10 lbs. Can you help me find what I need for my windows. The channel balances are 22" long x 9/16" wide x ~11/16" deep. They are stamped B.S.I. 2130. I believe I need the spring, string, and other accessories too. When I open the windows, they will not stay up. Thank you. Brian

Need a replacement window channel balance

I have a 22" series 385 balance with a code "2130G". I see the 2130 stamp option, but no 2130G. It is important I get a replacement balance with the "G" after the numbers? What does the "G" represent? thanks, Kelly

Hi I tried to submit this online but it sent an error back. I have a channel balance I need to replace. It's 22 inches with 1/2 inch wide channel. It has a stamp 2130 B81 VP.

the metal on the channel balance measures 22 inches long it has a stamp of 21-3. I think the one I need yall are out of can I go up on the weight size?

I need new window Balances for my Gapco Windows. I have FIVE 34" width windows with balances marked 2730. I have TWO 22" with balances that also are marked 2730 but there are not wings on the one end. I have THREE 38" width windows with balances marked 2140. these are the photos for the 2140. ... Not sure how I can translate the stamps on my window balances to your equivalent models from the attached photos. Also, I have more than a handful of windows that are difficult to pull up and down.
