Hello, I have to replace my window channel balances and I believe I need a 22" Option 2120 (my sash is 8lbs and 2120 is also marked on the channels I removed). I do not know the manufacturer of the windows. They are double hung but do not tilt out. The Channels are 1/2" Wide and 22" Long (metal only). The spring is 12-1/4" long. The cords are 6" long and there are two pulleys at the top and bottom. The stamp on the channel in 2140. I tried to match to ... (cont.)

I have multiple one of these devices that I need to replace. The code on the device is 21-3 FL Caldwell. Both end connections have wings. It is 22 inches long by 1/2" wide. I have additional pictures if need be.

This came from a Philips window. The steel measures 22" , 5/8" wide.
