S385-22 22" Series 385 Channel Balance

One of the balancer springs broke in a circa 1990 Milgard vinyl SH window. The metal case is 22" and the stamp reads 2140R.

To whom it may concern. I need these spring balances identified so I can order them. I need two of them. Photos(5) included of ends as requested. Metal rail is 1/2" x 22" long. Spring force is 21-4 I also need the part that attaches to the window that mates with the balance(see last photo ... (cont.)

I'm struggling to identify the proper slide. it is 23" overall length. pictures the spring fell out and the strings and pullys moved out but I have close ups of the two ends and the only identifiable marking (21 4).

I have a non tilt window that is missing both of the channel balances,I do not have anything to reference a part number. My house only one this window. Are there other ways I can determine what model I should order from you? Thank you.

I am looking for replacement channel balances. Attached are pictures of the ends. Aluminum piece that the ends attach to is 22" long and 1/2" wide. Stamped marking is 2140 EE also a b.s.i. I have two windows I am replacing balances for and I cannot match up my stamps with the ones you have listed. I have attached a pic.

The springs are breaking from rust on many of my windows. I have 2 different sized windows. 1. Metal part is 22" long or 23" when the plastic parts are included. 2 Metla Part is 16" long or 17 when the plastic parts are included.

The shoes on bottom matches the 385 series but the top is not exact as is it diagonal appears to be same height. Mine is boxier(see attached pic) and does not have that mitered angle. I don't think it will be a big issue but you guys would know. In addition I need 4- 22" marked 2110 which have the ... (cont.)

The channel balances in my windows have a winged shoe at the top but not the bottom. How critical is it that I match this configuration? Would having a winged shoe on top and bottom give the sash more stability when opening and closing the window? One is marked 2130 and the other 2730. Thanks ... (cont.)

I need to order 4 replacement parts for windows. Someone replaced one of them before. I think it will be your 385 series 22" long. The origional is stamped; 21-3 ED5 CMC 68 and the replacement is stamped; 21-3 EE5 CMC 75. Thanks, Gary

I need 4 replacemnt window balancers. Single Sash, non-tilt. Code on current balancer is 21-4-gp-Caldwell Metal is 12 15/16 in length and 9/16 wide. It appears similar to your S385-21.. How do I verify the plastic ends are correct?

I'm replacing some channel balances & ends. Balance is stamped 2130 00H W. It is a 1/2 channel and 22" long. Best I can tell, the balance matches the Series 380 - 22". The top matches 19-005 (both look & dimensions), yet I can't find a match for the shoe. The shoe dimensions match 15-001, ... (cont.)

I have 2 channel balances I need to replace. The ID# 21 2 FR CALDWELL and 21 3 FS CALDWELL. They are both 22" long. The shoe looks like 15-004 and the top looks like 19-005. What part #'s should I order?

I'm looking at the stamp on my balance it does not say the full 4 numbers, it states "21 2" then after the "2" vertically it has 3 letter stamp "B.S.I.", then horizontally (same direction as "21 2" after the "B.S.I.") it's followed by a NG.
