Hi, My windows are Kinro vinyl single hung. The channel balance looks identical to your 26" series 385. The markings on my channels are 26 4 and a very faint B.S.I and a small letter L. The window sash measures 28 5/8" high x 44 1/4" wide x 1" deep. What weight option will I need to order? thanks ... (cont.)

Hi. The stamp on the channel balance I need to replace says "25 4" which would seem to indicate your 2540, which is for a 19-25 lb window. I weighed the window, and it is 17.6 lbs. I need a window balance model 25 3 CO Caldwell with a 26" metal channel.

I want to find this part. I do not have much imformation but I know that the channel balance which is with this part is your 26" Series 385. Please help me to find this part I need to replace it.

The metal portion is 26 inches. It seems that one end of the cord is loose at the top and must be inserted into the window frame where the hole is, and then manually pulled down and secured at the top by the pullout clip? Then the window is replaced over the balances? Thank you. Bob ... (cont.)

Need a replacement for this part. It measures 1/2" in width, the metal length is 26". I included several pictures, just did not include one of the whole part in one picture because it wouldn't fit well in one picture. The numbers/letters read: 25 3 DU CMC 3 Thank you

The channel balance is marked, 25 3 HS CALDWELL, and the metal shaft measures 26" excluding the plastic end pieces. The second channel balance on the same window is marked with a different and less legible stamp, possibly 25 3 D1 CMC 4, as shown in the pictures that are attached.The window suppor ... (cont.)

I have a single hung window that sags 2"-3" when opened. I cannot find this replacement balance anywhere or any direction where to find it. The number on the side is 25-3 EH5 CMC 75. The over length of the balance (without the guides) is 26". Can you help?

The only markings on the channel is "25-3 EI5 CMC 50" Looking to replace the string or whole channel if string is unavailable. The width is 1/2" and 26" long. Thank you.

I am attaching photos of our window shaft and the cord that's broken. The length of the shaft is 29 inches long. The windows were made by Phillips and our home is 19 years old. Please let me know if you have the replacement part for our window.
