S385-26 26" Series 385 Channel Balance

25 3 LO CALDWELL

I'm replacing channel balances in a sash window. The channel balances being replaced are stamped "25 2 BU CMC 2". I could not cross reference this on your charts. I believe it's the series 385, 26 inch length of metal, not sure the weight. Please advise.

I'm looking for the 26" channel balance with the code # 25 4 HS Cadwell. BR, Tien

When the printing on the back of the existing channel says 25 5, does it call for the weight option of 2510 or 2550?

I need to replace a window balance with markings of 25 4 GW CMC 7. The builder had listed Phillips Products as the maker. Please help to choose the correct replacement. Thanks Rama

The cord has snapped in a couple of channel balances. They are stamped with 25 5 JS CALDWELL Do you carry replacements? Alternatively, can I purchase new cords for the existing channel balances? Thanks Ken

Hi, The Channel Balance on my window does not have any guides, numbers or marks, just nothing at all. I made my measurements and found matching part at your web site. I need a little help finding the right part the channel is 26 inches long I sent pics of the end guides .When I measured the channel it was half inch on one side and the side where you see the spring is 5/8 the closest I came to a part was S380-26 I found no numbers or markings on the old channels ... I need to replace a right side 27" Caldwell balance for my window. The balance is marked "25 4 FO"caldwell". The plastic pulley system in the balance is broken ( see phone). There appears to be an adjustment screw for the pulley system(see photo)
