S385-26 26" Series 385 Channel Balance

Can you provide two replacement window balance springs to replace the one shown in the photos? It is marked "25-4 Caldwell J". The pulley mechanism broke on this one and I should probably replace both sides to keep the window balanced.Thank you,David

The number stamped on the back is 25 3 GT CMC 2. I measured the metal part at 26" x 1/2". I also uploaded photos from each side. Can you let me know which part I should order. I guess it should be one in the 2500 series. Also, I believe the manufacturer is Milgard, but could you confirm that? Thank ... (cont.)

My channel balances are from a philips 1993 single sash window, no tip out. The channel is 26 inches long and 1/2 in wide. The window sash is 45 in by 29 in, so the window is heavy, vinyl double pane glass.I think I need channel balance 380. But not sure. See previous post. I also need a top sash gu ... (cont.)

Thanks for your time in evaluating the attached images. The appears to be a Caldwell Manufacturing Company (CMC) product from a home built in 2000. I'm looking to replace a few 26 inch long, half inch wide balances. Attached is a picture of both the shoe and the wing. I'm not sure which balance is the correct one to purchase.

Opened window and then it wouldn?t close. Then I noticed that part of the white string was hanging out the top. Figured out how to take out the spring and got it out of the window channel. I?ve got a couple older milgard windows with channel balances that aren?t staying put in the window frame. I?m trying to replace 3 windows, so 6 balances total. Im not seeing anything identical to these on the site. Can you provide any pointers? Thank you!!

I have a broken channel balance from what I think is a Philips window that weighs 17.6 pounds. There is a marking on the channel that reads 25 4 Caldwell LM or LN.
