Need to know what option to choose, would 2530 be OK?

We need to replace a channel balance that is stamped " 26 4 BU CMC 2". Haven't been able to locate anything exact online and do not know the window manufacturer.Do you have a replacement that would work? And do your channels come with the plastic bits on the top and bottom???I'm so lost. Please help ... (cont.)

Hi,I need to replace 3 channel balances that have broken in 2 of my windows. I am having a hard time determining if I need the S380 or the S385. I am also not sure which option to pick when it asks me to select one of the options between 2510-2570. Please help. Thanks,Erin

Stamped 25 4 GO CALDWELL Metal shaft is 26 inches Both ends are winged with width across tabs of 1" Top end extends 3/4" past shaft (image 6109) and is squared off at top end 1/8" tall Bottom end is 1 1/16 tall (image 1611)

Seeking replacement part for my window

I have followed the instructions for selecting a balance, but have a question on the option needed. The original channel balance has ?25-3 FS Caldwell? stamped. Is that going to map to the 2530 option on a Series 385 option.

Only markings i could find on this slide is this: 25 5 DL CALDWELL I need both right and left side replacement

We are trying the determine the correct sized part. It is a Paramount window and the markings on the channel balance are 25-3 E15 CMC 50. We think it measures 1/2" wide and 26" long but are having a hard determining what part that equates to on your website. Any help you can give would be greatly ... (cont.)

Marked "25 4 IO CALDWELL" 1/2" wide and 26" long metal. The pane weighs 23.5 lbs. Can you confirm that the 26" series 385 channel balance (S385-26) is the correct replacement part?
