I need 4 each for 2 windows. The glass in each sash was replaced with noise attenuating glass and now each sash weighs approximately 25 lbs. The existing balance springs cannot keep window open.

Hello, I believe this is part S380-26 option 2520 I just want to be sure. The measured channel length is 26'' and the width is 1/2''. Also it has 2520 stamped on the channel as well. Thank you for any help you can provide.

This balancer is sticking and looking to replace it. Single hung window made by Mercer windows who are no longer in business. The photo on the green towel has the item number printed on balancer. 25-2 GD5 CMC 61. The other photos are of the bottom and top of the balancer.

We need to replace a channel balance that is stamped " 26 4 BU CMC 2". Haven't been able to locate anything exact online and do not know the window manufacturer.Do you have a replacement that would work? I have followed the instructions for selecting a balance, but have a question on the option needed. The original channel balance has ?25-3 FS Caldwell? stamped. Is that going to map to the 2530 option on a Series 385 option.
