S385-26 26" Series 385 Channel Balance

Hi, I need to replace a channel balance - the only marking I can see reads "25 5 IS CALDWELL". After reviewing the site, I'm pretty sure that I need a 26" Series 385 channel Balance. I'd appreciate any input.

These assemblies are 26" long not including the plastic ends. The only identification I can find on the metal channel says "25 4 CALDWELL GM".

The balance has a stamp on it "25".No other numbers found. Measurement of balance is 26". Need to know part number of balance. 2nd request will be identifying shoes. 3rd request will be identifying window stop and plastic stabilizers.

I don't know much about window systems, but am needing to replace this channel balance. It has "2540" inscribed on the metal. It is about 26" long and 1/2" wide. Could you help me identify the correct replacement part? Joel

The channels I need are 1/2" wide and 26" long with a stamp on the channels of 2540. You many products that seem to fit that description, so would like some help identifying the correct replacement parts (see pictures). Hi. My channel balance does not have any imprint to indicate size and weight tolerance. As you can see from the picture, it has the markings "25 5 JV CMC 2" I believe the 26 inch series 380 is the one I want, but not sure about the weight of the window. Any ideas? I "think" my window is a Don Young Company "Classic Vinyl Single Hung". Stamped into the metal is 2540 HM. Length of the metal is 26 inches, width is 1/2 inch, height is 5/8 inches. Window is at least 16 years old, probably more. Thanks!
