Hi I need these 4 pieces (19-6-BW-CMC-2) (25-5-JV-CMC-2 ) (31-5-AW-CMC-7) (25-3-AW-CMC-7)

Hi, I couldn't figure out the style or series. it looked a lot like S385, but it could also be S380 or even S378.It is as far as I can tell 9/16th inch deep. I was searching your website and found what I believe Product Code: S380-26 which should be similar to mine(images attached) Caldwell 25 3 and since weight rating of the sash is 3, then 2560 or 2565 option should be correct. Original from house installed in 2004. Part number says 25" long. If I use the measurement guide, it shows that the bottom flared part is 1" instead of 1-3/32". Please help

Good Morning,Looking for help ID'ing this window balance. The stamp says 25-5-AX-CMC-1. The 1/2" metal channel without including the plastic pieces at the end is 26" long. The window weighs 25lbs (maybe that is what the 25 in the stamp is?)Thank you, Steve

I can't find a counter balance with this specific stamp, and need help with identifying a similar product to replace my current one with. It measures as a 1/2" width balance and 25" length.

hi this is a residential single hung window. window balance has a stamp of 25-5 GX CMC 11 on it. the locations of two slot on window jamb looks like very close to each other. need 4 piece for 2 windows.

I think I need Product Code: S385-26 with 2550 weight, is this correct? The metal length is 26 inches. The bottom looks to be 1 and 3/32. Pictured for the 385 series. Is the stamp correct for 2550 weight? Thank you for the help.
