Please help me find the correct part to replace my broken balance with. I measured the metal part of the balance and it measures 26 inches. Do you know what window balance is the one in the photo? The stamp is 2530. Metal length is 26 inches. And it got top and bottom guide? Do you know which one should I buy? And how much will it cost? Thank you

Hi. I'd like a review to see if I have the right part. I think I need S385-26. I have a non-tilting window. The length of the metal frame is 26" and is 1/2" wide. It is stamped 2540 EE B.S.T. I have a philips window. non tilt channel Balance 25 4 BN CALDWELL Channnel legnth is 26 inches Looks like S350 might as well replace both channels

"25 4 EQ Caldwell" is written on the other window balance.

There are no markings. I have two different sizes both with 1/2" channels. One is 32" and the other is 26"

The metal measures 26", the window weighs 24.2 lbs. We need to order a total of 4 channel balances for 2 windows. There are no identifying #'s on the ones we have. Window are approx 25 yrs old. Please let us know which replacement parts we need to order. Thank you!

My balances have wings on both ends. It looks like your balances only have wings on the top end. Do you have balances at both ends? Do I need wings on the other end? Second question. My window will no longer stay up and the balancer appears to be broken with the string hanging and one of the spring completely fell out. The only identifying mark on the part is 25-4 DX CMC 11. Can you please advise which model I need to purchase to replace this? Thank you
