Need (2) replacement window balances. Information I have, Sash weighs 34.4 pounds, metal part of balance is 27 inches long, Back is 1/2 in wide, bottom foot looks to be 1-3/32 inches deep. Number stamped is "86 26-6 HA5 CMC 1" see attached pictures.It looks to me to either be your 27" Series 385 or ... (cont.)

Dear Swisco, I ordered the S385-27 to replace the sash balances on my window. I didn't realize that the plastic catch that pulls down the balances also broke before. Hi, I need a replacement for this bottom guide. channel 1/2", length 27", top fitting 1 1/16 " deep.

I have purchased wrong top sash guides twice. 18-009 and 18-166. order#1340665 and 1496543. I pieced together a broken guide and the dimensions are: Top=1" wide screw holes from top= 1/4" and 1" hook from top= 3/4" shaft=1/2" wide length=1 5/8" the original channel balance was marked 26E. We received Order shortly before leaving for vacation. We waited until our return to attempt replacing the balancer.
