I need to buy 2 window balances and several top sash guides. The Numbers printed on the window balance are : 28 4 LW CMC 7 . The length of the metal balance is 29 inches. I have a non-tilting windows that has a channel balancer that is 30" long and 1/2" wide. From the picture it most resembles the series 380 and the series 385 channel balancer.
