Single hung balance for window. need replace part. cant identify, thanks. any help would be great. will order part if you have it.

Can you help me find the right parts to replace the balance shown in the picture please? The frame size is 31ins wide by 27 3/4ins high and is 1 1/4in thick The sash weighs 16.5Lbs.

The number 23145 is between the screw holes. The bar seems like it is 2 1/2 inches long.

this pivot pin is 2.5 inches long with 6236 stamped into underside.

we have four windows that need replacement anchor points for the channel balances. We would like six of them in case more break. My windows are 11 years old, double pane, Eagle , tilt to clean. Several of my pivot bars split at the first screw while cleaning my windows. They are 2 3/4? with 2 holes at 1 3/8? and 2 3/8?. Can you help me please?

There are two of these at the bottom of the window. They are attached to the lower window with a screw and fit into the slide of the window. The length is 2.5 inches long, 5/16 tall, and 3/16 thick. The hole is 3/8 from the end with the nipple

Greetings, Purchased a 10yr old Ryan Homes and two of the window balances (one broken on each window) have broken cams in which the entire balance remains at the top of the window frame. I do not have holes to place the removal clips (sp?) so therefore, unsure on how to remove sashs to get balance ... (cont.)

Tilt vinyl windows, broken pivot bar . Windows are at least 10 years old but don't know the manufacturer. The pivot bars I looked at don't seem to have a pointed top end...do you have any like this or that will work that are the same size? Thanks.

20" tilt window sash balance with indent in channel at spring end. Need a pair, and the shoes that go with them if it is possible to identify them without an image.
