The windows in my home are about 20 years old and I think they're American Weather Shield double hung windows that tilt in for cleaning.

Looking for replacement parts for 3 windows One in kitchen with no balances and two double hung with 25" red tipped spiral balances

Hello. This piece broke off the base of the window. The shoe is still in the track. The number of this model is 6236. I need 2 of these. Also how do I get the part that is still in the window out.

Hi, I'm looking for a replacement pivot bar. I ordered item 26-021 and the spacing of the holes is off by 1/16 and the screw holes are too small. I made a detailed drawing of the part - do you have a match? Thanks, Geoff

Need new balance's where the string broke, pivot broken and bottom of window pin that goes into pivot broken. Trying to find parts to repair.

I think it's called a foot...or a sash pivot bar. One is broken, other is bent horribly. Previous owners of our house messed up 5 or 6 windows like this, all same problem, and now they won't open or close. Windows are between 15 and 20 years old. appears to be a cast zinc part that is held in with two screws. Pictures attached. The window has a tag on it with item numbers but no manufacturer specific info. We need at least two of these parts. Pictured broken.

I'm needing both, the shoe pivot, as well as the pin that goes into it. Please let me know if this is something you can help me with, or if you need anymore information from me. I have a complex with 330 units, that has dozens of windows with these part broken / missing.

e. It is 34" by 1/2 by 1/2. Probably 18 or 20 years old. I need the channel balance, and the hinge pin that goes in the window

I am changing several balances and ordered the wrong pivot bars, I am replacing 6 S795-32 channel balance and the 26-021 are not long enough and don't line up with the existing holes in bottom of window, after removing the old pivot bars they are 3 1/8 long and 1/2 wide I have enclosed the picture o ... My sash pivot bar is damaged. On my current pivot bar, the hole spacing between the screws is 1" All of the dimensions on part 26-021 pivot bar match exactly to what I need, except the hole spaces are 5/8" Is it possible for me to drill a new hole through part 26-02, to match the the existing size ... These were some of the bad ones. There is a metal piece that normally goes on the top part that is broken and missing. I didn't look closely enough and ordered the incorrect shoes originally. These have an open cam roughly 3/16.2 1/16 long. The width is 15/16. and the depth is 9/16 for most of the s ... (cont.)
