Hi, I need to replace this part; I need your help to identify the part number.

Need to replace balance shoe and pivot bar for top dash. Also need screws for the pivot bar since the originals were rusted fast and had to be destroyed to get pivot bars removed. Thank you. Kym

Hi - We would love some help identifying the parts needed to repair this window. The glass was replaced a couple of months ago. Just recently the top window slides down. Can you let us know which part we would need to buy to fix it?

I believe this block and tackle window balance uses a 1/2 inch pivot shoe. Please recommend the correct parts. Maybe I can switch to a spiral balance? Also, I will need a sash stop to fill the cut I will need to fill the cut out in the window track that will be necessary to remove the old pivot sho ... (cont.)

Good morning I would like to replace the pivot bars on 17 old windows . Unfortunately, I don't know the brand or model . I hope the photo will suffice to help you determine what I need. Thanks. Paul

I am looking for a pair of pivot shoes- 2.5 inches long and 1/2 in thick and also the coil holder 3 inches long. I assume I have to also replace the part on the bottom of the window that latches into it. Any help would be appreciated . Thank you.

Single hung Vinyl window with a broken Pivot bar and pivot shoe, as seen in DNCN0556. The window is original window installed in a new house by CP Morgan Home Builders (now defunct). The house was built in Greenwood Indiana in 2006. I have no idea who the window manufacturer was. All that I kno ... (cont.)

Shoe is 2"x1-1/4x1/2. Channel (bar)is 2-1/2" with one hole in approx the center.

I need 14 sets. Window frames are 67" in length. Manufactured in 1974-75.
